We develop a Strategy and Action Plan that addresses the gaps between the current situation and your desired future. Taking account of the key issues facing your business, we will provide the framework for you to achieve the desired results.
Reality Check:
Before implementing the Action Plan we create a detailed Financial Model based on the assumptions inherent in the Plan and the expected results. This serves as a reality check to ensure the Plan will deliver the desired outcomes. Not only does this ensure time is not wasted on unnecessary activities but the financial model also provides a platform for future budgeting, a benchmark by which to measure progress and a basis for any possible funding applications.
Ongoing Assistance:
We can then help you with the implementation or be there in an advisory capacity to assist while you implement.
This can include participating in monthly review meetings, helping you to monitor progress and ensure compliance with the Action Plan.
We can also provide advice and assistance when issues arise and assist in developing reporting tools and KPIs if desired.
